Marc this became brunch yesterday after the video!!! I made it with the ham ribbons and sliced rolled omelette. Now that I have the sauce ready & waiting in the fridge, I’m contemplating having it for breakfast today ;-). It was so good!!! Easily a favorite & will be in the rotation for a long time to come!
