This was delicious in the dashi with shirataki noodles and vegetables. Even though it was 90 degrees yesterday, I just had to try it! That dashi makes everything taste better.😍 Made a filling, low carb lunch. Earlier in the week I put some Atsuage in a sushi roll with avocado, cucumber, and carrots for my husband's lunch. He loved it!

This recipe finally convinced me to buy a fryer. I can't wait to try this! I love having both textures in one dish. It's always a challenge to get plain tofu to absorb flavors; this looks like a great solution.
