We already loved maki, especially my then-toddler, but we liked the seaweed she used better. I'm glad to know what to call the seaweed because I haven't been able to find it since leaving that area. I've been trying to explain it as Korean nori at the Asian store, but maybe I'll have more luck asking for it by name...
